We are committed to keeping our staff and clients safe and healthy

March 27, 2020 To our valued clients and industry partners: We want you to know that DreamScapes is OPEN for business. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has issued a “stay at home” directive to be effective March 28 through April 10. In his directive, several types of businesses have been designated as “essential businesses”, meaning they have the ability to continue operations during the “stay at home” period. Included in this designation is NAICS code 5617, “Services to Buildings and Dwellings”, which includes landscape services. The Minnesota Nursery and Landscape Association has confirmed with the Governor’s office that Landscape services (subcategory 561730) fall within this category. During this time, DreamScapes will continue to serve our clients and maintain the same level of high-quality service, with an added focus on doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus and mitigate impact to the communities in which we live and work. We have all learned that one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread and mitigate its impact is with social distancing and as such, DreamScapes has implemented the following actions: • Sarah, our office manager, will be in the office to take care of your needs & answer questions. • All other office staff will be working remotely • We will coordinate with our clients and industry partners regarding their social distancing protocols • Client meetings are continuing as scheduled via phone, Zoom video conferencing, and online document sharing • Crew sizes will be minimized • Crews will sanitize trucks, tools and equipment, stagger start times in the mornings & stays home if they have any symptoms Several years ago, DreamScapes made investments in technology to allow our crews to have mobile capabilities and office staff to work remotely. This has prepared us for this moment. We have already worked through the challenges of remote communication & virtual collaboration and are ready to put these tools and our skills to work for you. DreamScapes is confident that the technology, tools and commitment of our staff will allow us to continue to serve our clients, maintain effective communications, and successfully complete projects. Stay healthy! Thank you for your business! We are happy to be working!
